IIt is one of the most prominent exam for B.TECH its huge demand for any company in any field.if you qualify the IIT exam then yopur future is bright.
those candidate who passed in class 12th exam with 60% (from pcm stream) or appear then he applicable for this exam. a candidates can apply for this exam only in two consecutive years with passing 12th exam. syllabus of IIT is the syllabus of your 11th and 12th class (only pcm books). question of IIT is hard and it is also known as hardest exam from any competition so you work hard for cracking IIT. ITS EXAM HELD AT 8 APRIL. THANKS |

INFORMATION ABOUT THE INDIAN INSTITUTES OF TECHNOLOGY !!! INTRODUCTION IIT is the Indian Institute of Technology which is the technical college chain in India. There are total 13 IIT's in India. The oldest and the best ones being in Kharagpur, Mumbai, Kanpur, Delhi, Madras, Guwahati, Roorkee, Ropar, Bhubaneswar, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Patna, Rajasthan, Mandi, Indore. They are known for selecting the best minds from India, and producing brilliant and Extraordinary Engineers out of them. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
PATTERN OF EXAM The IIT exam is conducted in two parts. It consists of two papers on the same day. Paper 1 and Paper 2. An candidate has to clear the cut off in both the papers to crack the exam. Each paper of 3 hours duration. 1st one is from 9.00 to 12.00 pm. The 2nd one is from 2.00 to 5.00. Every year the cut off marks differ as the students applying are different. So one cannot predict the cut off marks. However the following image shows the IIT JEE 2011 cut off marks. Please refer it and get an idea about the cut offs marks range. ==>> ** So to join any stream of Engineering, you have to be a student of more than 60% aggregate in your 12th boards, plus you got to clear these cut off marks, and get a good rank in merit of JEE. First of all I want to say the information about the IIT. Information about IIT JEE : To join IIT colleges for the course of Aeronautical course you have to apply for the The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). This exam is conducted by the IIT every year. Eligibility Criteria : 1. For the IIT JEE exam candidate should be 10+2 pass and should have physics and maths at 10+2 in any discipline. 2.Those appeared in the 10+2 examination are also eligible to apply for the IIT JEE examination. 3.It should be note that a candidate can apply for this examination only in two consecutive years from the date of passing 10+2 exam.
