Re: Minimum percentage required in intermediate to join Aeronautical Engineering?
Aeronautical engineering is one of the engineering branch which deals with the development of aircraft and spacecraft. It is a four-year undergraduate degree course in the field of aeronautics.
To be eligible to pursue Aeronautical Engineering, you should have passed Intermediate or an equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a Government recognised board. You should secured at least 60% aggregate marks in Intermediate to get admission in Aeronautical Engineering course in better college. To get admission in Aeronautical Engineering course, you have to appear in National or State or University level engineering entrance examinations like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, EAMCET, KCET, BITSAT, VITEEE, etc.,. If you qualify the entrance examination, you will be called for counselling process and you will be allotted a seat in the college which you are eligible to get admission for pursuing Aeronautical Engineering course. |

Re: Minimum percentage required in intermediate to join Aeronautical Engineering?
Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering is an undergraduate Aeronautical Engineering course. The duration of this course is four years.
For Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering course candidate must have passed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board. The minimum percentage required in intermediate class for Aeronautical engineering is 45%. The minimum age of candidate must be 17 years. The admission of candidate will be done on the basis of Entrance examination (Joint Entrance examination) so my suggestion to you is that you need to score good marks in the entrance examination after that you can apply for Aeronautical Engineering course in good government college. |

As per the eligibility criteria a candidate must have done 12th with non medical stream from recognised board and percentage should not be less than 60 and 55 for the candidates belong to reserved categories.
You have to appear in the entrance exam known as Joint Entrance Examination Mains and Advanced. Once you qualify the Mains exam you will be eligible to appear in the Advanced to get admission in top IITs of our country. |
