NDA stands for National Defence Academy. NDA Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year.

One can make entry into the following Defence services by cracking this exam.
-Army wing
-Navy wing
-Air Force wing

The minimum academic qualification that a candidate should possess to be eligible for this exam is 12th class.

In order to apply for Navy and Air Force wings, one should have completed 12th class with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects.

Candidates who are pursuing final year of 12th class are also eligible to apply for this exam.

You should possess an age between 16 1/2 years to 19 years to be eligible for this exam.

You should be an unmarried male candidate to take up this exam.

For this academic year, the last date to apply for NDA Exam was already over.

NDA I Exam is going to be conducted on 15-04-2012.

NDA- NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam conducted by UPSC two times every year for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Central/State Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical Fitness, can apply for NDA.

The registration process for NDA-I 2012 exam has already been over, the exam will be on 15.04.2012.

If you are interested then you may apply for NDA-II 2012 exam, the notification will be out in the month of May 2012 and the application form will be available on line followed by exam during August 2012.
