Which month is JAM exam held?


Probably in which month jam exam is held....pleaes provide to me the date

JAM stands for the Joint Admission Test for Masters. JAM is an admission test to master's degree and other courses after bachelor's degree in science at Indian Institute of Technology.

This entrance test was started from the academic year 2004-2005 to different courses in master's degree at IITs.

Courses like Master's degree in science, Joint M.Sc- Ph.D, M.Sc- M.Tech etc are offered on the basis of JAM scores in different Indian Institute of Technology.

The notification for JAM exam is released in the month of October of every year. Entrance exam is conducted in the month of February.

For example, the important dates for JAM 2015:

>>Last date for JAM applications: 25/10/2014.

>>Date of entrance exam: 08/02/2015.

>>Date of announcement of result: 19/03/2015.

The organizing institute for IIT JAM 2015 was IIT Guwahati.
