It is necessary that the student will pay the miscellaneous fees in school during summer class even if she/he can't able to use the school facilities?
It is necessary that the student will pay the miscellaneous fees in school during summer class even if she/he can't able to use the school facilities. It happened to me while i'm taking my summer class which is OJT then our school obliged us to pay the miscellaneous fee even if we can't able to use any school facilities.
