Dear friend,

HCL is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.

The criteria is given below:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 65% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 1 year gap are allowed.

I have attached some files please check out the file.

New pattern of HCL :

1.Aptitude Test.
2.Technical Interview.
3.HR interview.

In addition you should have good communication skill.

The best way to prepare in the written test is self study.
In written test the aptitude questions is asked and you have get lot of marks to select in the recruitment process.

You need to have 65% marks in all your career.

Maximum gap is only one year.

There are no pending backlogs for the candidate.

hi i want some details.after plus two,i done B.SC maths(distance education)after two years from B.SC,i join engineering and now i do my third year in B.E .i.e nearly six years gap between my plus two and engineering.is there any problem for me in facing HCL interview due to this gap in my studies? in tenth-91%, in 12th-94.5%,in B.SC-60%,in engineering maintain above 75% till now. ply anyone give answers for question.
