I am Hemant wants to apply for NIMCET 2016. My age is 26 year. Am i eligible for applying NIMCET 2016? Please reply soon.

NIMCET is the entrance test for MCA admission. There is No any age criteria for NIMCET. So, You can apply for NIMCET.

NIMCET Eligibility
You must have passed following exams with 60% from a recognised institute.
- 12th Level with maths or statistics
- Bachelor's Degree with Maths or Statistics

Exam Pattern
- Total Questions : 120
- Total Marks : 480
Maths : 50 Questions (200 Marks)
Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning : 40 Questions (160 Marks)
Computer Awareness : 20 Questions (20 Marks)
General English : 10 Questions (20 Marks)

NIMCET Important Dates
- Registration Starts From : 3rd March , 2016
- Last Date of Registration : 18th April , 2016
- Download Hall Tickets : 16th May , 2016
- NIMCET Exam : 29th May , 2016
- Result Declaration : June , 2016

There is no age limit to appear in NIMCET 2016 examination. Candidates who have secured at least 60% (55% for SC/ST) aggregate marks in B.Sc/B.Sc. (Hons)/ BCA/ BIT/ B.E/ B.Tech from a recognised university are eligible to appear in NIMCET examination. Since, there is no upper age limit to appear in NIMCET examination, being a 26 years old candidate, you are eligible to appear in NIMCET examination.

Entrance test of NIMCET is totally concerned with the admission for masters in Indian NIT's.
>>Those who wants to appear for NIMCET 2016 must keep some points in mind.
1). Candidates must have completed B.E/B.TECH or BCA or equivelent to that course.
2). Candidate must have secured 60% in graduation.
3). 5% relaxation in percentage for reserved catagory.
4). There is no upper age limit for NIMCET 2016.

NIMCET stands for National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test. The organizing institute for NIMCET 2016 is NIT Durgapur.

Eligibility criteria for NIMCET examination:

>>You must have done bachelor's degree in science or computer applications or information technology or Bachelor of Technology from a recognized university.

>>General and OBC candidate must have at least 60% or 6.5 CGPA. For SC/ST candidates there is 5% relaxation.

>>There is no upper age limit for NIMCET. You can apply for this exam at age of 26 years.

NIT MCA COMMON ENTRANCE TEST -NIMCET-2016

Nice to see your interest in the MCA course. The NIMCET entrance test is conducted by the NIT for the admission in the MCA course in many NIT's of the country.

Eligibility Criteria to appear for NIMCET-2016
--> BSc / BSc (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time Or B E / B Tech or equivalent from a recognized University.

No age limit required so you may apply for the upcoming NIMCET entrance examination. You may apply online on the NIMCET website. Prepare well for the exam.
