After completion of BBA course, you are eligible for IAS exam. Yes, you can choose Anthropology subject as a optional for IAS exam.

IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services. IAS exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. IAS exam is conducted one time in a year.

If you have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university then you are eligible for IAS exam.

Age criteria:

For General: 21 to 30 years
For OBC: 21 to 33 years
For SC/ST: 21 to 35 years

No. of Attempts:

For General: 3
For OBC: 7
For SC/ST: No Restriction

Selection process for IAS exam:

1)Preliminary test
2)Mains exam
3)Personal interview

First, you should know that BBA is different from Anthropology. Anthropology subject is related to Physics or Biological Specialization. Those students who have studied Biology as a subject at graduation can take Anthropology as an optional subject. Since, you have belong from Management/Business specialization so it will create a problem if you take Anthropology as a subject for IAS examination. Please select the optional subject which is related to BBA course.

-As you are studying Bachelor of Business Administration you are eligible for IAS exam even after completing it.

So its better complete your BBA and then apply for IAS exam by skipping Anthropology.
