ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IBM FRESHERS RECRUITMENT

The common eligibility criter for IBM freshers recruitment is as follows...


-> 70 % above in UG/PG and 65 % in 10th & 12th.

-> No current arrears.

-> Good Communication and Technical Skills.


-> As you can see the qualifying % is 70 and above, so you need to put your hard work in the coming semesters..

-> Try to score above 85% in 2nd and 3rd year then for sure you can reach the 70% marks by end of final year and then off-course you will be eligible for IBM placement.

-> Just concentrate only on studies for the coming two years and keep aside other things for sometime, then for sure you will be placed in IBM..

IBM is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.

THE CRITERIA FOR IBM:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 70% in through out career.

2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.

3)Maximum 1 year gap are allowed.

SELECTION PROCESS FOR IBM:-

1)Aptitude Test.

2)Technical Test

3)Personal Interview.

You have not 65% through out career so you are not eligible for IBM.

So you have lots of time so dont confused , you can try hard to achieved 70% above marks.

Don't worry. At starting time we have no idea's, tricks about scoring.
Upto 12th class, we mugged up lot's of thing which we don't understand. but in engineering we face problems practically.
so. i think actual struggle starts after 12th class.
but, don't take tension.
i'l give u some tricks
1. In your hand 3 years left, take it seriously.
clear all your doubt's by discussing with friends, teachers & offcourse me . Try to cross 80-85%
then avarege will be above 70%.
2. When you done it, job is yours. Only you need to work on your communication & technical skils.
Alert about vacancies in IBM campany.
One advise-
Don't mug up. Feel each concepts ,think on it & work on it.

dear friend,

See my friend the following points are regarding to you only :

* must have 65% in both 10th and 12th standard.(now), means as you are a 2nd year
student. So, after 2 years it may change and it is completely depend up on the
I.B.M.

* As you have 61% in 1st year then try to make it 65% because if I.B.M. will make a
on-campussing in your college then up to 6th semester your marks will be countable.
If they come later then no problem. So, try to make marks (D.G.P.A.) approx more
than 65%


For I.B.M. there are mainly three section which are given below :

1. Aptitude Test,
2. Technical Interview,
3. Personal Interview/HR.

To recover this three section you have to study the following books very well :

* Quantative Aptitude Test by R.S.Agarwall,
* Verbal Reasoning Series by R.S.Agarwall,
* G.R.E. by Barron.

Besides this you have to prepare from current affairs.

HAI I'M MY DOING MY THIRD YEAR IN ECE . NOW I' M WITH 79.9%. IS THIS PERCENTAGE ENOUGH TO GET JOB IN IBM OR IT WILL CHANGE IN UPCOMING YEARS??????????????
