Hi what is the education requirement job in IBM next year in 2016? Tell me both for the on campus and off campus.

IBM is at the top in field of Information Technology. It offers services in Information Technology and BPOs.

The eligibility criteria for on campus or off campus recruitment drive of IBM is that candidate must have scored 65% in 10th and 10+2 and 70%or more in bachelor's degree in first attempt.

There should not be any active pending backlogs. For BPOs, percentage criteria does not matter.

You will have to clear Written test that is aptitude round, technical interview and HR interview.

If you are doing B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech from a recognized board then you are eligible for IBM recruitment 2016.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for IBM is 70%. You should't have any pending backlogs. Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for IBM recruitment 2016.

IBM Recruitment Procedure:-

-You need to be completed their graduation or post graduation degree from a reputed university in B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA with any specialization to sit for the recruitment exam.

-It is important to have 70% of marks at graduation level.

-You should have cleared all backlogs before applying for this exam.

-You must have good interpersonal, and Communication skills along with excellent time management skills.

Written Exam Pattern:-

IBM Online Written Test:-

The duration of the exam is 90 minutes. There will be three sections to answer. In total there will be 20 aptitude questions and 20 questions on number series sections. Lastly there will also be an english summary writing.

The next step of selection is the group discussion round. In this stage you will be made to sit with 10-12 more students and a topic is going to be given to you. This step is followed by an interview session. Normal technical and HR interview questions will be asked along with your goals, ambitions, about various projects and so on.
