Sir, please tell me about the job related criteria for job in IBM company.
Sir i got 62% in 10th, 65% in 12th and 66% in B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria required to get job in IBM:

You are NOT eligible to attend IBM recruitment process since you do not meet the required eligibility criteria. The minimum percentage you must have maintained throughout your academics is "65% marks". Since your percentage in 10th Class is below the required percentage, you are not eligible to attend IBM company recruitment process. The detailed minimum percentage required in 10th, 12th and Graduation are given below.

>> In 10th Class - Minimum 65% marks are required

>> In 12th Class - Minimum 65% marks are required

>> In Graduation (B.E/ B.Tech) - Minimum 65% marks are required

You must not have any backlogs in B.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) in order to be eligible. Since you are not eligible to attend IBM recruitment process, I suggest you to apply for other companies which require minimum 60% marks throughout your academics.

IBM is a reputed international company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for IBM is,

IBM= 70%

You should not have any pending backlogs.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for IBM recruitment.

Eligibility criteria in IBM company :

Candidate must have secured more than 60% marks in 10th, 12th and B.tech.
Candidate must not have more than 1 year gap during studies.
Candidate must not have any live backlog, also candidate must not have more than 2 backlogs during studies.

The minimum eligibility criteria for attending interview at IBM is that the candidate must have passed class 10 and class 12 with a minimum of 65% marks and a minimum of 70% marks in graduation from a recognized college.

The candidate must have any active backlogs at the time of interview.

The selection process is aptitude test, group discussion, Technical and HR interview.
