polytechnic is good or bad after 10th...please tell me if it is

Polytechnic is a really a good option after 12th. The course helps you to obtain a technical job within a short span of time. After completion of the course, you can try for a job or can go with higher education. Higher education courses like engineering courses and other graduation courses can be opted. Apart from this, one can find various opportunities with railways, banks, as well.

It is totally depends upon your personal interest..
You decide in which field you want to go..

If you have interest in technical field then you can go for polytechnic..
After that you will get a chance to pursue the Diploma course..In diploma you can opt. for any one stream between IT and computer science..
I think after completion of diploma you will not get good job in this field for that you have to do B.tech..

And if you go for 12th ,then you after completion of 12th in science field you have to appear in entrance exams like- AIEEE, IIT-JEE etc for pursuing B.tech course..

So, there is no such difference between this two...
But if you go for diploma first then you will get a basic idea about the technical field..
Which will little bit help you to pursue the b.tech course..

So, I suggest you to go for diploma course..

Polytechnic is really a better career option after 10th. In polytechnic students gain the technical knowledge and after 3 years they will be able to earn money but after 12th you can not earn money like diploma.
If you are not interested to earning money early, you can also go for Bachelors degree. In the B.Tech course you will get admission in direct 2nd year.

You can also join part time job and can continue your studies. Or you can do job and proceed your degree course from distance education.

Therefore, It is obviously good to take admission in Diploma.

polytechnic is good only after your PU or Inter.But it is not good as soon as your 10th.You will have some basic knowledge in the field of Science in your PU then if you enter polytechnic you will learn technical aspects,if you directly enter polytechnic after your 10th then you will not have the strong foundation or the basic Knowledge in the field of Science.So first study your PU in science stream with any of your interested combinations and then enter into polytechnic.

The duration of polytechnic course is 3 years. Opting polytechnic is really good choice. There are various benefits of doing polytechnic course which are as follows:

1. You can directly enter the technical field which you aspire to do intermediate.
2. In polytechnic course you will get more practical knowledge where as in studying 12th you will get bookish knowledge and practical knowledge is far better than bookish knowledge.
3. After completing polytechnic you can get job in any company but you cant get any job after 12th.

But one important thing is that you should take admission in only top colleges otherwise there will be no use of doing polytechnic course. In order to get admission in top college you have to appear in entrance exams conducted by various colleges. diploma courses in engineering after 10th is not a bad option..it is a 3 year course..
if you successfully complete diploma in engineering or polytechnic, you can get job as assistant engineer..
you can even enter in to engineering branch as lateral entry. that is directly to second year...
it is not at all a bad option, if you want to go for engineering....

After 10th it is good if you take inter or pu or +1 ...because you will get basic knowledge...if you take polutechnic then you will get only technical knowledge.

1.Polytechnic is about 3 years that means he/she might be about 16-18 years of age in that age it self you will get an government job if you complete with best percentage for example: If you take DEEE course you will get a government job in electrical sector.
