It is not possible to do M.Tech in Automobile Engineering after B.Tech in IT. Engineering graduates can try for M.Tech in the concerned subject only. You can pursue diploma in automobile engineering. But that option is quite meaningless. You can try for courses like M.Tech in information systems/information technology, MBA in systems/operations management, and so on.
