Sir, Iam a btech first year student in a pvt.self financing college under cusat..I heard that after first year there is tranfer from one college to another. I want to transfer from current college to a govt. college .Is this is possible to change college??

Yes you have heard correctly about switching from one college to another in 1st year is possible but the college has to be under the same university and there has to be a valid reason behind the switch. Also there has to be availability of seat in the concerned college your you are seeking to get transferred. So you see its not possible for you to get transferred from your current college to a government college.
