To get admission in any Medical College all across the the country, candidate has to qualify the entrance exam. These exams are conducted on, all India level which is known as - All India–Pre Medical/ Pre Dental Entrance Exam and also on state level. There are some Institutes who conducts their own entrance exam like All India Institute of Medical Science -AIIMS.

To be eligible one must have passed the +2 level of exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. The minimum age limit to apply for the exam is 17 years and the maximum is 25 years.
