The MBBS program is regulated by Medical Council of India.To apply for a MBBS program student has to go through various entrance tests which is conducted on All India Level as well as on State Level. To be eligible for a MBBS program candidate must have passed the +2 level of exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Beside this one has to pass the Medical Entrance Exam such as :

All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Examination
All India Medical Entrance Examinations
Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical Entrance Examination
Armed Forces Medical College Entrance Exam Examination

if u have to do MBBS then u have to pass an entrance test conducted by all india level or state level this exam is conducted by medical council of india.
eligibility-
the condidate should hava passed 12th with PCB.with minimum 60% marks for a general condidate to appear for the entrance exam.

1.AIIMS entrance test.
2.All India Pre-Medical and Pre-Dental entrance exam
3.state level CECE
