I''m a class 11 student in the commerce stream . I want to work abroad ps Europe .Is it posslbe to work there after doing CA in India ? Or should i follow ACCA instead ?

Yes,ofcourse you can work in India after the successful completion of your CA course.

There are three stages of this course:-

*CPT(Common Profficiency Test)
*IPCC & Articleship training(Integrated professional competence course)
*CA Final exam & GMCS.

You can enroll for CPT after passing class 10/12 exams......
