Hi friend...YES,you can write the preliminary exam of GROUP1 or IAS EXAM in telugu language and it is objective type exam...And the minimum educational qualification required to apply for GROUP1 or civil services examination is graduation in any discipline from recognised institution/university and the selection process is written test(preliminary exam and mains) followed by personal interview for the candidates who qualified in the written exam...ALL THE BEST...
