No you are not eligible to sit for the exam since the upper age limit for ex-army men is 43 years.

MPSC Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

Educational Qualification: If you are a graduate student in any discipline from a recognized university then you can apply for this exam. Final year students are also eligible.

Age Criteria: 21-33 years

-For OBC age limit is up to 35 years.
-For SC/ST age limit is up to 38 years.
-There is an age relaxation of ten years for ex-army men.

Selection Procedure:-

-MPSC Preliminary Exam
-MPSC Main Exam
-Interview

MPSC stands for Maharahtra Public Service Commission.

Eligibility criteria:

>>Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidates can also apply for this examination.

>>The age limit is 19-33 years. Ex Serviceman get five years age relaxation.

There is no chance for you to apply for MPSC exam at age of 44 years. You are not eligible for this exam.
