The Institute of Cost Accountants of India offers the course known as Cost and Work Accountancy course. The admission procedure of the course is very simple and in order to register yourself, just follow the steps provided below:

Qualify Higher Secondary Examination in any discipline from a recognized board.

Contact any of the following to obtain the prospectus along with the registration form-

• Regional Council of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India
• Chapters under the respective Regional Council of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

There are basically four Regional Council and depending upon the region you belong to, you will need to submit the filled in application/registration form
in the respective Regional Councils.

Along with the application/registration form, you will need to submit the following documents:

• Bank Draft
• Attested Copy of Matriculation Certificate
• Attested copy of 10+2 Certificate or Marks Statement
• Three photographs attested and pasted on the form

The amount payable through Bank Draft will be Rs.3500.
However, if you are a graduate, you will not need to register for the Foundation Course and may directly register for the Intermediate Course. If it is so, than the amount payable will be as follows:

• Rs.15700 if correspondence mode is opted.
• Rs.19700 if oral coaching is opted.

The registration is open throughout the year and the cost of prospectus is Rs.200.
