Re: Procedure to get MBBS seat without studying biology in 2nd PUC?
MBBS refers to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and as the name suggests same is a professional bachelor degree course of five and a half years including an year of internship.
The minimum educational qualification required for pursuing MBBS degree course is a higher secondary school degree with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects from a recognized board. So having not studied Biology at your 2nd PUC i.e; higher secondary school degree you are not eligible to pursue MBBS degree course unless you once again reappear in your 2nd PUC studies with Biology as a main subject along with Physics and Chemistry. |

Re: Procedure to get MBBS seat without studying biology in 2nd PUC?
Without studying Biology in 2nd PUC, you may not get admission to MBBS course in any medical institute.
For getting admission MBBS course, you will have to crack Medical entrance exam that contains questions related to Physics, Chemistry and Biology. All the questions will be related to 2nd PUC standard. As you haven't studied Biology, so you will be unable to attempt Biology questions in entrance exam. In addition, college will not admit candidates who haven't studied with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. |
