yes, you can join Indian army. depends on as what you want to join, if you want to join it as a defense officer you can give CDSE examination i.e combine defense services examination which requires graduation from any subject as qualification . and if you want to join Indian army as dentist then you can join Army Dental Corps. AMFS held exam every year for dentist and medical students to join Indian army. but you can give this exam only after completing your rotatory internship as per the DCI.
