Hello everybody, now i m in B.E. aeronautical engg.in 2nd sem. in vasad....& i want to join the isro....so can u tell me the step by step process to do this...

in second year you will not be eligible for ISRO examination. only the candidate who have already passed out or last year student of B.E/B.Tech are eligible for ISRO examination.

Dear friend
when you will be in your final year you can apply for junior scientist exam conducted by ISRO.You must have marks in your graduation greater than equal to 65%.

Procedure to join ISRO for 2nd year B.E(Aeronautical) student?

Who are ELigible:-

Indian Space Research Organization i.e ISRO

It recruits only student Graduate with Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical Branch.

So there is No vacancy for those who have Aeronautical Engineering.

ISRO Eligibility :-

Eligibility

• BE or B.Tech in First Class with minimum of 65% aggregate (average of all semesters for which results are available).
  
  
• Candidates who are going to complete the BE or B.Tech course in the academic year 2010-11 are also eligible to apply provided final Degree is available by 31.8.2011

Age Limit

• 35 years For General
  
  
• 40 years for SC/ST candidates &
  
  
• 38 years for OBC candidates as on 28-02-2011

Note* Ex-serviceman and Persons with Disabilities are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.

You can opt for ISRO only after completing your BE.

There is no provision of taking admission in ISRO directly in 2nd yr .
ISRO conduct there exam ,those who secured 75% agriget mark in PCM in 12 exam .
or you can take admission through IIT exam in 1st YR

see, you can apply in ISRO exam after your B.E(Aeronautical) course.

the criteria which is essentially required to join in ISRO is given below

minimum 65% marks in Btech/BE is require to join in ISRO.

age limit for GEN candidate 21-29.

•35 years as on 28-02-2011 (40 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates, Ex-serviceman and Persons with Disabilities[PWD] are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders).

1. Pass B.E. or B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engg. or Mechanical Engg. or Computer Science Engg. or Chemical Engg. or Electrical Engg. with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks from a recognized Institute / University.

2. Nationality - Indian

3. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.

NOTE: - A candidates appearing in the final year can also apply.
