The recruitment process for Tech Mahindra consists of the following three important rounds are as follows....


-> Aptitude Test.

-> Technical Interview.

-> HR Interview.


-> As you know from previous year Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam have started their recruitment process together which in the sense they follow the same pattern...

Procedure for Recruitment in Tech Mahindra

There are 3 rounds for selections in Tech Mahindra

1) You will have to clear the Aptitude Test
2) Then,you will have to clear the Technical round
3) Finally,you will have to clear the interview..

During interview you should follow this :

1.Do not panic.They don't kill you.
2.Do not hesitate.
3.Do not lie.They will proof that you are lying.
4.Explain each question with an example.
5.Keep your eye in contact with them.
6.say i don't know what you don't know.
7.Wear proper clothes and dress and stay clean.

Tech Mahindra is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.

The criteria is given below:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 60% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 2 year gap are allowed.

The Selection process for Tech Mahindra:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test(I and II)
3)Personal Interview.

Dear ,

The best possible way for placement in Tech Mahindra is from their On campus if fortunately you get that but else with criteria above 60n % in HSC, SSC, n Engin. you can try in Off Campus selections also.
