Hello,
I am a B.Tech ECE graduate fresher.
I have got an offer letter from HCL Technologies
and also from Tech Mahindra.
I am thinking to join Tech Mahindra but my friends
are telling me that there are no good scope in Tech Mahindra.
Are they correct? I want your view. Please tell me.

It is completely a myth that Tech Mahindra is not good and there is no good scope in Tech Mahindra. Tech Mahindra comes in the top 50 IT companies of the world, however, the client base of Tech Mahindra is less compared to HCL technologies. But there is good scope in Tech Mahindra provided you perform well and do your job properly with dedication and have good relationship with the senior level managers. The learning opportunity in Tech Mahindra is huge since the work force in Tech Mahindra is lesser than that of HCL and the training given by Tech Mahindra is quite rigorous when compared to that of HCL. So if you have decided Tech Mahindra as your destination, there is no problem, you can definitely go for it.
