dear im rajkumar tamrakar from station maroda im also apering for ias . Yes you aplay for ias after bsc in any strem ok . I am also wanted to become ias for good and betar India.

Stastics has good scope. For becoming an IAS officer you need to apply for it at www.upsconline.nic.in and the exam is done in two phases:

1.Prelims who clears it are eligible for nxt round.

2.Mains

Hi friend,

IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service. This exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission once in a year.

Eligibility:

Nationality:

The candidate should have been citizenship of India.

Educational Qualification:

You should have complete the Bachelor degree from any recognized university.

No percentage required for this exam.

Final year appearing candidates are eligible.

Age Limit:

your age limit should be between 21 to 30 years.

3 years age relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST. And 10 years for PH.

Gender:

Male and female candidates are eligible to become IAS officer.

No of attempts:

4 for General Category

7 for OBC

No limit for sc/st.

Selection Process:

Preliminary Exam

Main Exam

Interview

you can apply this exam after graduation.

IAS exam is conducted by upsc.

IAS EXAM ELIGIBILITY;-

----you must be graduate from a recognized university


----age limit is 21-30 years

----you must be Indian citizen

IAS EXAM PATEERN;-



THERE IS GOOD SCOPE OF STATISTICS.

Dear Aspirant,

For every graduate the student should write the following exam.

UPSC - union public service commission Exam

After first exam Prelims.students are scrutinized.

So based on the score you got you will be selected for the second round.

And this is the all india exam.

Based on the AIR rank the students will be short listed and sent for the second round that is main exam.

After the second exam the students are again scrutinized and sent for the final round Interview which is the final round.

Based on that score the student/candidate will be selected for the job IAS/IPS etc.

So totally it depends the Interview process only.

If you want to become an IAS officer for that you have to write civil Services exam
Civil Services Exam Will be held in Three Round .
1. Preliminary Exam
2. Main Examination
3. Interview Test
1. Preliminary Exam - This is an objective type questions based test which if the candidate passes, qualifies tothe second phase.
2. Main Exam - This is a subjective type questions based test which if the candidate passes, passes to the third phase after clear this you can go for interview round
