I got grace marks in a subject n my 2nd yr status is PWG I want to know that PWG status will be show in final year markseet Or not

Yes definitely, it will be shown in the final years mark sheet. You don't need to worry about this.

There are many instances in which the result is not able to come properly but then it doesn't mean that your result is incomplete. It will upload within some time and if it doesn't then it will be corrected in the final year mark sheet.

So, this should not be the reason of major worries.
