Default Re: Regarding OBC non-creamy income

The total income is concerned i.e. the GROSS INCOME while calculating the per year income.

For any sort of scholarship or deciding whether you belong to the creamy layer of OBC or not, you have to consider the gross income and not the net income because net income also include your expenditure and the government has nothing to do with how much you spend. It only takes into account the amount of money you earn in a particular year and according to that benefits are provided.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
