what is the criteria for rto exam for mechanical engg. & syllabus of it.
i want to attempt this exam

Hi friends,

rto examinations are generally conducted by public service commission of

each state of india. The number of vacancies would vary from one state

another. So the eligibility criteria ,qualifications and date of exam varies accordingly…

rto examination judicial service post eligibility criteria:-

• rto examination held for judicial service post and its eligibility criteria is as follows:

• candidate should be above 23 year old and should be below 34 years.

• he should be a citizen of india.

• candidate should be holding a degree in law from any standard or recognized university.

• candidate should be capable to read, write and speak particular state’s language.


Rto examination clerkship post eligibility criteria

• rto examination held for clerkship post must match the following criteria:-

• the candidate should be a citizen of india.
• the candidate should have an educational qualification secondary education or equivalent from the respective state board.

• the age of the candidate should be between 18 years old and should not cross 37 year old.

• the exam syllabus would vary from state to state rto examination.

rto examination sub assistant engineer eligibility criteria;-

• the examination is conducted for the post of rto examination sub assistant engineer post and has th following criteria.

• the candidate should be an indian citizen.


• the candidate should have a degree in engineering like in civil, mechanical or in electrical.

• the number of vacancies available would vary from state to state.


• the age of the candidate should not cross 32years.

• as rto examination varies from one state to other state one can approach his respective state for applying for rto exams.

RTO Examination is Conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission).

Required Qualifications ==>

For Clerk Post -->

Educational :- you must qualified 10th Class from Recognized Board.
Age Criteria :- your Age Must between the 18 to 23 years.

For Judicial post -->

Educational :- you must Qualified Graduation Degree in Law(LLB) From Recognized University.
Age Criteria :- your Age Must between the 21 to 33 years


Assistant Engineer post -->

Educational :- You must complete Graduation degree in Engineering Stream From Recognized university.
Age Criteria :- your Age Must between 21 to 33 years.
