For become CBI officer to appear CGPE exam(Combined graduate Preliminary Exam) which is conducted by SSC board every year.
Eligibility criteria:-
Minimum qualification is graduate in any discipline
Age-21 to 27 years
5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidate
3 years for OBC candidate

=> A candidate Should have completed their Graduation in Any Stream with at least 55% from Recognize Universities.

=> Age Limit should Not exist 25 years for General Category. there is a relaxation is available for SC/ST category up to upper Age + 5 years.

Selection Process:

If you want to become a Crime Branch Officer , then you have to pass the Combined Graduate Level examination which is conducted every year by the Staff Selection Commission.

The Qualifications Required For This Exam are :

a) Educational Qualifications : Graduation in any stream.

b) Age Limit : 21-28 years.

c) There is a relaxation in age for OBC category of 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST Category.
