Its a strange question because Salary should never be a criteria to choose a career option
For an IES officer : The salary might look puny to you but dont ignore the incentives which government offers them. The salary is considered to be 22 to 30,000 per month .. But if you add up the incentives then it will reach to 60,000 a month easily.. There is lots more additional advantages too ![]() For a PSU officer : Its similar to IES officer but since government raised the salaries according to the latest release. It seems the PSU officer depending on their post earn 50,000 with additional incentives... NOTE : I am not sure about the exact figure as I dont have any contact with any PSU or IES officer. :P These salaries are just assumptions depending on past year data |

hello friend
salary of IES officer will depend upon his experience while fresh IES officer will be ranging from 14000 to 15000 but there will be continous pay hikes a senior ies officer will draw at the climax of his career of 1 lakh all these figures apart from incentives facilities provided from the govt but in this job you'll get immense respect which will be not there even if you draw crores from other private companies all the best ~aditya~ |
