I had born in 1987 can i write clat exam in 2016 and i am a bipc student is it possible to write clat exam if possible then tell me about the coaching center and i belong to sc cast.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for CLAT examination after BIPC. CLAT examination is conducted for admission of candidates in UG or PG Law courses.

The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% and 40% for SC/ST candidates. There is no upper age limit to appear for examination.

If you were born in 1987, It means you are 29 years old and earlier as per CLAT university concerned the candidate age should not be more that 20 years in case of General and should not be more than 22 Years in case SC/ST candidates. Hence you are not eligible for the CLAT entrance exam.

But recently The Supreme Court of India has ruled in favor of Allahabad High Court order confirming 'no upper age limit' for the national level law entrance exam.

CLAT held annually for admissions to the five-year integrated law programes in 16 NLUs.

Other Eligibility criteria for CLAT-2016 :

1- You should have qualified Higher Secondary School/ Intermediate or equivalent examination from 10+2 education system.

2- You need to secure at least 45% marks in aggregate of the total marks and if belonging to SC/ST category, need to secure at least 40% marks.

As per 2015 Supreme Court's order there is no upper age limit to appear in Common Law Admission Test(CLAT). Hence as SC category student you are eligible to appear in CLAT 2016 exam.

Let me tell you that as per new rules of the supreme court there is no upper age limit to apply for CLAT Exam 2016.
So you are eligible to appear for the CLAT 2016 examination.

CLAT (common Law Admission Test) held for Rajeev Gandhi National University of Patiyala. it is considered one of the toughest entrance test.
Students with burning desire can easily compete it.
There is no Age limit to appeare in this entrance test.
