Certainly, you should complete your bachelors and then seek for a job. Undergraduates are not preferred in Multi-National Companies. If you remain an undergraduate then you will have problems getting a job, you might get in local private concerns but certainly not in big corporate houses. You should always look five years ahead of you while planning you professional career. Where would you stand? You will get the answer yourself.

If you do not have financial problems then i would suggest you to complete your Master in B.Sc IT as well. This will open the doors to get absorbed by big companies during you campus interview.
