since you are in technical conditions and your score is also perfect in gate so i suggest you to keep carry on with technical conditions and join any good university.please dont go with mba it would be difficult for you to carry on.
because you are now an engineer not management

i got 88.5 percentile in GATE 2012 and my score is 326 but i havn't qualified.i m currently an mtech(ece) student in govt college.wil this score help me in geting phd admission.

i thing u should go for m.tech.
u can take addmission in various colleges (except iits or nits or some good private colleges) with ur percentile....
