how to make demand draft for aieee. tell it to me in step by step

To take a demand draft you first need to visit any Nationalized Bank and pay certain amount in the favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi.If you visit any National bank then you can approach the bank authorities and pay the D.D.It is a simple procedure but after that the actual procedure follows.

Procedure to fill in the form
First you need to fill in the application form in the following link
http://aieee.nic.in/aieee2012/aieee/...ationForm.aspx
After filling in the details note down the registration number of your application form.
Now the print out of the confirmation page is taken and sent to CBSE along with original Demand Draft.You even need to paste two photographs, signature(s), thumb impression, Address and Attestation from the Principal of the School/Gazetted Officer.Please sent the confirmation page to the following address

The Joint Secretary (AIEEE Unit),
Central Board of Secondary Education,
PS 1-2, Institutional Area,
IP Extension,
Patparganj,
Delhi 110 092

Note:Send Confirmation Page to AIEEE Unit by Speed/Registered Post only and make sure that you send it along with original Demand Draft (if fee paid by Demand Draft) for further processing so as to reach latest before 5'th January,2012.

The aspirant need to make demand draft in favour of
Secretary,
central board of secondary education,
Delhi,
The application is to be attached with demand draft and community certificate for sc and st aspirants. write your application number on the back side of the demand draft.
The filled application is to be sent to
Assistant secretary,
ps 1-2 ,institutional area,
Ip extension ,
Patparganj,
New Delhi -110092
send the application through registered post and it should reach by 5th January 2012. application sent through courier are not accepted

At first go to your nearby authorized bank. There you have to go the particular counter where actually the D.D. (Demand Draft) are made. Then you have to pay the actual D.D. payment and some extra payment because of service tax with the favor of the Sectary of Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. The address is given to your A.I.E.E.E. booklet. You have to provide the particular address of the Sectary of Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi mentioned in the booklet.

So be careful and do it very calmly.

In order to make Demand Draft for AIEEE,
1. You have to choose any nationalised bank after that,
2. The student has to make DD of ₹650/- for General category and ₹350/- for SC/SC category.
3. You have to make it in favour of
"THE JOINT SECRETARY
CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION
PS1-2, INSTITUTIONAL AREA
DELHI 110092"
4. Attach it with the application form and send it to the above address.
5. When you will go to the bank and tell them to make the DD they will tell you the procedure, there is not a big issue.

If you've entered the wrong DD information, then you should make the DD again otherwise there are the chances that they will reject your form. But the main thing Is that the amount should be correct, it shoud be the amount which they have demanded.

I sent a demand draft of Rs.800/- dated 3rd December 2011, Punjab National Bank,Jawahar Marg,Indore on 4th December 2011 with my application form. But I forgot to put my thumb impression so you sent me a supplementary form to correct my mistake, u havn't mentioned anything about not recieving the demand draft.

I am sorry to say that you can't apply in 2012 because lat date of submission of form is over,,
If you want you can apply next year..

IMPORTANT DATES FOR A.I.E.E.E exam.

Online submission of application:- 15.11.2011 to 31.12.2011

Last date of receipt of form and D.D:- 05-01-2012

Date of online exam:- 07-05-2012 to 26-05-2012

Date of offline exam:- 29.04.2012
