i got 55 percent marks in 12th science and 72 percent marks in 10th. please suggest me good options of job with good salary

I got scored 95 percent marks in 10th.but,due to some health reasons,I am expecting only 75%in 12th. I DON't know what to do.. I am like to join M.B.B.S.give yours suggestion please
