Please give preference to your choice and interest. Normally to go for it both stream are acceptable.

But for science students it will be easy to understand problems related to it.

HSC is the basic qualification required to pursue the course. The qualification must be ontained with science as the main subject of study. Selecting computer science as the optional subject is often preferred. Admission is usually done on merit basis, ie on the basis of marks obtained in 12th.
