if a candidate has passed 10+2 exam from Dubai (CBSE) and a permanent resident of U.P.Is he be eligible for applying for HP CPMT?

yes you can apply for the same. Under this quota, there will be no domicile and schooling condition, both Himachali and non-Himachali interested candidates can compete in the entrance test subject to fulfillment of minimum educational qualification and age as mentioned.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination of a University / Board by law in India with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects which shall include a practical test with 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC) provided the candidate has qualified the subject of English as an elective subject in the above examination.
Note: The candidates who have appeared in 10+2 or its equivalent examination and the result has not been declared can also apply for this test, but the admission will be subject to passing of the said examination with the required percentage at the time of 1st round of counselling.

Eligibility

The candidates, who are appearing in Himachal Pradesh Combined Pre MedicalEntrance Test, have to fulfill the eligibility requirements set by the University. The eligibility requirements are given in the following lines.

*. The candidates must be above 17 years of age to apply for the test.

*. The candidates need to havepassed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination, from any recognized state/national Board.

*. The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.

*. For the candidates of SC/ST candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% marks in the qualifying examination.

*. Candidates who are appearing in final year examination or are waiting for results can also apply.

I have completed my schooling in Shimla. As i am not born in Himachal Pradesh, whether i am eligible to study M.B.B.S. there if I qualify in the N.E.E.T. this year in 85% seats of himachalis or not....???????????
