Your question is a little bit incomplete. The genre of engineering that you mentioned, does not exist in engineering curriculum. Also the name must be having spelling mistake. Are you sure the name is "amie". Well anyways the stream is not going to effect my answer that much. For engineering people the genre of MBA that I recommend mostly are:
1)MBA in Production Management
2)MBA in Material Management
3)MBA in IT
4)MBA in Information Management
5)MBA in Supply Chain Management
Make sure that your graduation branch has 50% or more marks in the aggregate.Also you have to clear an entrance examination for MBA(e.g-CAT/MAT/OPENMAT/TANCET/MHCET etc.) and also the respective personal interview, taken by the MBA institute to get admitted in MBA.
