There are many subjects which are covered in the CS course. CS course mainly deals with the company laws and regulations. You need to study the areas related to Cost and management accounting, Commercial laws, Company accounts. The areas relating to the tax laws, MIS, Corporate Communication etc. are also covered. You need to be also well versed about the Company secretary practice, economic and industrial law, financial markets etc.
