I want to know what is the syllabus for iiser ???
Plz reply soon bcoz I dn't have much time.

DEAR DUBEY:-
I thin you want to know about syllabus of aptitude conducted by iiser to enter the student on board exams marks.
this aptitude test contains questions from CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS, MATH AND BIOLOGY.
and question comes from +1 and +2 books according to cbse pattern.
you have to prepare the books of + and +2.

Class 11th and 12th standard syllabus in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics on the pattern
of CBSE syllabus.

Negative marking in the Aptitude Test is +3 for each correct answer and -1
for wrong answer.

for ISSER exam you prepare only Class 11th and 12th standard syllabus in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics on the pattern of CBSE syllabus.

IISER exam syllabus based on CBSE syllabus.IISER syllabus is same with CBSE board exam for class 11 and 12.

in iiser entrace exam there bio is compulsary sub. because I am maths student

Both bio , maths are necessary for iiser entrance ?

plese tell i hve completed my 12th this yr next yr i want to get into iiser...i got 75% am i eligible to sit fr the aptitude exam..i dnt want to go through iit or kvpy..rather i want to go through the direct admission with apptitude test..please do tell..:)

You have passed your +2 class , so you can apply for KVPY
The KVPY Fellowships are given to Indian Nationals for Study in India.

Selection to the program takes into account academic performance / excellence and demonstrated skill / interest in pursuing research as career.

you can apply for KVPY after your +2 class in following streams.
Stream SX:
Students enrolled in XII Standard/ (+2) (Science subjects) during the academic year 2012–13 and aspiring to join an undergraduate program in Basic Sciences (B.Sc./B.S./Int. M.Sc./M.S.) for the session 2013–14 provided they have secured a minimum of 80% (70% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects in the X Standard Board Examination.

Stream SB:
Students enrolled in the 1st year of B. Sc./B.S./Int. M.Sc./M.S. during the academic year 2012–13 and have secured a minimum of 60% (50% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate in SCIENCE subjects in the XII Standard Board Examination.
