Syllabus: Intelligence Bureau, Assistant Central Intelligence Officer

The Intelligence Bureau conducts a recruitment entrance exam for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (Grade II). There are two exams that follow a syllabus mentioned below.

Selection Procedure / Syllabus:Selection is done via a Written Test comprising of two papers

Paper I:Paper I is Objective type containing questions on

a. General Knowledge
b. Arithmetic
c. English Language

Paper II:Paper II us Descriptive type consisting of:

a. Essay
b. Precis writing

Interview:Candidates who secure a minimum number of marks in the written test are called for an interview at the Regional Centres.

for junior intelligence officer/grade 2 the pattern of the test is
that consists of multiple choice questions in general knowledge,mathematics and physics,
the test is for one and half hour

Ther is no such syllabus for it that you have to study this or that etc.

It mainly comprises two papers as follows-

Paper I:

Paper I is Objective type containing questions on

a. General Knowledge

b. Arithmetic

c. English Language

Paper II:

Paper II us Descriptive type consisting of:

a. Essay

b. Precis writing

Interview:

Candidates who secure a valid score in the written test are called for an interview at the Regional Centres.

You can also opt for book of 'upkar prakashan' or 'pratyogita darpan' for its preparetion.

it consists of two paper.
paper 1 consists of
General knowledge
english comprehension and other related things like synonyms and antonyms etc
Arithmetic and quantitative question.
paper 2 consists of
