both are completely different companies, tcs is an software firm were as L&T is an engineering company, my advice would be to join l&t if you belong to core branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and join tcs if you belong to cse,it or ece all the best
|

Tcs is a better company then L&T infotech. TCs is Indias top ranking company.As a employee your experience will be very good with Tcs. L&T infotech uses old softwares and are not that good company at IT sector.If you sre joining as afresher hten your first choice should be TCs.

application programmer web designer network admin system adminen choose this then you can choose tcs l&t is based on the engineering company, so if you want to work in the designing,analysis field this
