Thumbs up Re: Can I sit for TCS job interview after having experience?

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR TCS FRESHERS RECRUITMENT:

The eligibility criteria followed for TCS to recruit freshers is as follows,

-> 60% above throughout studies 10th, 12th and UG/PG degree.

-> No current backlogs.

-> Good technical and communication skills.

If you already have experience working in different company then it's not needed to have 60% above throughout studies, they will check only your skill set if it matches for the job opening and call you for the interview. So, if you are looking to join as a fresher it's not possible rather you can try out for small scale companies who look for candidates just for the skills and not by marks. Once you have some experience from those companies you can very well jump into the bigger MNCs as like TCS.

You have one year experience in IT industry therefore you are eligible for TCS recruitment. So you have no boundary for marks in throughout studies.

TCS is the reputed international company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for TCS is,

TCS= 60%

You should not have any pending backlogs.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for TCS recruitment.

Process of TCS recruitment-

Aptitude Test
Technical test
HR

Pattern for written test:-

1. Quantitative /analytical reasoning
2. Verbal ability
3. Technical section

You should have also passed 12th with minimum 60% of marks from a recognized board.
You should not have any backlog in graduation or degree program.

Top MNC's companies does not totally depends on marks if you have 3-4 years experience in the small scale companies.
If your fulfilling their criteria or you are suitable for that job then they will automatically call you.
They will see your work experience and the way and the skills who you can do the work fast and correctly.
