Is there any change in the syllabus of SET examination?

No there is no change in the syllabus of SET examination .Only the tag changes as "State Level Eligibility Test is now change to State Eligibility Test".So you can check the syllabus as under-

It is a very good move by UPSC for CSAT test as it will select students u really have aptitude for social service .

SET exem's syllabus does n't change only the tag of the exem changed state eligibillity test change to State level eligibillity test...
