Are there any courses that I can take up after my MBA in Human Resource?


currently am working in a software concern as a hr executive i would like to know if there are any courses i could specialise on after my mba in human resources.
please do let me know.

After your MBA in Human Resource you can opt for the M.Phil and Ph.D programme in Human Resource. After your masters pursuing any other course will not add value but if you do your M.Phil or Ph.D then certainly you will gain more knowledge and prestige. It is advisable that you opt for the Ph.D programme in Human Resource.
