For becoming a HR manager you have to complete at least MBA in HR management from a reputed institute. You can also go for PG diploma in HR management. For admission in this course you can complete graduation in any discipline.
Admission in top management colleges is based on the scores obtained in exams like CAT/MAT/GMAT. Hence, you should be prepared for these exams. |

Re: Graduation and post graduation should I do to become a HR?
You don't need to see it that way, actually no such course will fetch you the post of HR in any company, you can even become the HR of an organization being a graduate itself, it's not what and who you are, instead it's all about how you present yourself in front of others. If you want to go for a higher education, then it is totally fine, but don't just go for PG course, thinking that it will fetch you the post of an HR.
You can work in any organization after the completion of your graduation and with experience you can gain the post of HR. |
