hi i am b.tech student and i am having 59.9%marks in intermediate .so please tell me that is there any criteria for marks also to get job in infosys.

to get a job in infosys u need 2 have secure 60% marks in 10 th,+2,b.tech etc.sorry 2 say u that u can't qualify for infosys jobs.but u can try for other psu jobs.

Infosys is a multi national company and a great oppurtunity to work and learn.

The minimum %requirement is more that 65% in b.tech but some time it increases to even 68% to be eligible for written test.
It consists of aptitude question ,completion of sentences,correction of sentences ,reading comprehension,synonyms,antonyms.
all are multiple choice question and they may put sectional cutoff in aptitude and verbal so pay weightage to both parts.

and also they didn't mention about any gap criteria

but they need a consistently excellent academic track record.

and percentage criteria is 75% for off-campus

and 65% for on campus!!

and also you should not have any backlogs!!

Yeah infosys need overall 60% in 10tn, 12th and b.tech. so, you are not eligible for it. however if college will recruit you then you can sit for campusing.

65% in B.Tech
if you are eligible according to these criteria you can apply for join Infosys.
your chance of getting job with 59.9% in intermidate is very less.you can't apply for job in Infosys.

Infosys Placement Creteria -


To get job in Infosys, you have to scored minimum 60% in your whole Career.

So, you have to scored 60% marks from 10th onwards till Graduation Or Post Graduation

But You have Not maintain 60% marks in your 12th. So, you are not eligible to apply for Infosys Placements. So, if anyone mentain 60% marks since form 10th to Graduation are eligible to appear for Infosys Placements.


Infosys Selection process will be as follows-

Test of Arithmetic Reasoning and Analytical Thinking

Comprehensive test of communicative English

Personal Interviews.

Yeah you should have minimum 60% in 12th and also in 10th and B.TECH course.

yes, Top IT companies and in fact most companies in general

put a minimum requirement on scores in academics for

screening purpose to allow only consistent performers to enter in the

selection process.They generally demand minimum of 60%

all through your academic career.

That means if you have at least 60% in 12th then you can apply for them.

Some companies have a little relaxed criteria as well like 55% .. but beyond that

there wont be any good companies.

infosys requires you to have 70% throughout your academic career if its an on campus drive. however it is decreased to around 60% during an off-campus placement drive

I am placed with infosys only and as per their criteria of selection you need to have minimum of 60% in 10th and 12th . Also in graduation one needs to have 65% aggregate.

their criteria might change but till the date it has been the one i have mentioned above. But there is no need to worry as there are lot of companies which donot give any importance to 12th marks.

So don't loose hope.

the eligibility criteria for joining Infosys is that you need to have maintained your marks above 60% from class 10 till degree.so as you just lack the 60% by some margin you may face problems when you face the HR round.but dont get disappointed...there are lots of other companies like Syntel which offers job belove 60% percent also.but you need to be capable enough for that.also you can try for public sector job like JTO,CDS,UES, and civil service exams.Infosys may not always be the last goal. you can always try for other jobs too.

no not for infosys but still a lot of companies allow such candidates who have below 60%

You must score atleast 60% in 12th standard to become eligible for job in Infosys.
You must also score good marks in your graduation course.

i scored 60.3%in 10th,54%in 12th,75%in b.tech(en)i just want to know that am i eligible for any f mnc and plz do suggest me any other it company where i can do apply

there is no lace for students who scored 54% in their graduation?

To join Infosys at least 65% marks in through carrier is required .That means you should have at least 65% marks in 12th .Other than that good communication skill and no backlogs are allowed .
