Is there any one year formation course to get job in US?

Hello,
I had electronics engineering from Algeria and i live in the US, my question is I want to get a job by my major but I can't because I don't have experience in the US I'm looking for any formation just for one year that lets me get a job by my major because I have done college in my country.
