If there is any exam which a student of 11th commerce can give

I dont know from where you got this information that you can register after 10th standard, however i must say that your information is wrong.
You cant register after 10th standard.
To apply for the CPT exam, following eligibility criteria has to be fulfilled:
*Passed the Senior Secondary examination i.e +2 or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
*Also, students appearing for the senior secondary exam the same year, can also apply.
So, you are not eligible now.
Complete your class 12 and then you can apply for the exam the same year.
